CrossFit: Day 14 of Bootcamp

Laura came to see if CrossFit is for her, and she came to a hard workout.

Tabata: Fight Gone Bad
1 round of each exercise, each exercise 8 rounds of 20sec work, 10sec rest.
- Rowing
- Wall Ball (12lbs)
- Sumo Lift (45lbs)
- Box Jumps (20 inch height)
- Push Press (55lbs)

I wrote down my numbers, but I don’t remember them.

179 lbs on the home scale.
