15 down to 1 reps of:
- Dumbbell Thrusters (15lbs)
- Ball Slams (16lbs)
or

120 reps of each... 120 * 30lbs = 3600 lbs of DB Thrusters and 120 * 16 = 1800 lbs of Ball Slams.
And Laura rocked 12..1 reps of the same with scaled weights.

If you’re gonna write your workout in psuedo code, at least get your loop moving in the right direction! ;-)

Oh, and maybe a little formatting would be nice, too. Tab is your friend.
