Then your rep count for all the exercises is 60 – x, or 25 for me.

- x Double Unders or 5x normal skipping
- x Atomic Situps
- x KB High Pulls
- x Ball Slam (16lbs)
- x DB Thrusters (15lbs)
- x Jumping Pullups
- x Burpees
- x KB swings
