- Box Jumps (24 inch box)
- Situps
- Ball Slam (20 lbs)
- Sumo deadlift high pulls (16 kg Kettlebell)
- Kettlebell Swings (16 kg bell)
- Back Extensions
- Burpees
- Jumping Pullups

After 2 bootcamps and a week of a third, I pulled off a Muscle-up. Satisfying.
I emailed Setanta regarding availability in Canada and they have an announcement mid-August. Odd that’s about the time the English Premier League is set to start.
Hot! Now I can drop Fox Sports World.
Is there a web site where I can see what is on , on bell expressvu in vancouver,canada. can I get the holland games and also the spanish games.
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of:
- 5 burpees
- 10 Ball Slams (16lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24 inch height box) – ouch
I did 8 rounds + 5 burpees + 10 ball slams + 14 box jumps. So close to 9.
The 24 inch height box was a lot more work than the 20 inch I normally use. And this was a bit painful due to the 7 games of Ultimate on the weekend.

Watch out for shin-splints with all the jumping- I don’t know if that’s still a problem of yours.
They’re getting better. I’m going to take the Fall Ultimate season off to rest.

That’s pretty hardcore – nice work.
My muscle-up is more of a mussel-up. It involves me eating a lot of mussels swimming in garlic and butter.
