CrossFit: Benchmark Workout

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes of:
- 5 burpees
- 10 Ball Slams (16lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24 inch height box) – ouch

I did 8 rounds + 5 burpees + 10 ball slams + 14 box jumps. So close to 9.

The 24 inch height box was a lot more work than the 20 inch I normally use. And this was a bit painful due to the 7 games of Ultimate on the weekend.

    Watch out for shin-splints with all the jumping- I don’t know if that’s still a problem of yours.

    They’re getting better. I’m going to take the Fall Ultimate season off to rest.
