- 14 lbs Wall Ball
- 55 lbs Sumo Deadlift High Pull
- 20 inch Box Jump
- 55 lbs Push Press
- Rowing – for calories
Total reps: 285
I also decided it would be a good idea to smash my right hand while doing box jump. That was a pretty good idea.
