CrossFit: August 31 / Heroes

Tabata Intervals – 8 rounds of 20s on, 10s off – of:
- Wall Ball (20lbs)
- Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
- Burpees
- Jumping Pullups

Score only the worst round:
Wall Ball – 10 reps
High Pulls – 10 reps
Burpees – 4 reps – I think I could have done 5
Jumping Pullups – 12 reps – on the transition the person on the station before me took their sweet ass time and it killed my score, should have been about 18.

Score: 36
