CrossFit: August 22
Max rounds for 10 minutes of:
- 20 Double Unders – or 80 normal skipping
- 10 Pushups
8 rounds.
And I found out that according to measurements I’m about 12% body fat. Right before starting 15 weeks ago I was 21% fat.
12% means if I was a steak I’d be tough and gross. CrossFit plus The Zone/Paleo diet to thank for that.
