Workout:
Max rounds in 20 minutes of:
- 25 Double Unders
- 20 Box Jump (24 inch box)
- 15 GluteHam Situps
- 10 Burpees
On August 27th, 2007 I did 5 rounds + 25 Double Unders + 20 box jumps.
Today, Sept 14th, 2007 I did 6 rounds + 25 Double Unders + 20 box jumps + 4 GHD situps. 17% increase in work and ended this bootcamp with 13% body fat.

Goals going forward: Consistent Double Unders, less sucky kipping pullups and more muscleups.
