CrossFit: John on CrossFit HQ
The video of the day on CrossFit HQ stars CrossFit Toronto’s founder John Vivian.
The workout is a grip-fatiguing Double Tabata of KB swings and pullups. Tuesday’s workout for Laura and I had KB swings and pullups as well, so I know first hand how it hurts. For me swinging a 52# cannonball tires my grip really quickly, and I only did 63 reps, John ripped out 80. I suppose more KB and heavy deadlifts are in order, that should help my deathgrip.
John is the guy that helped me drop 30# and 11% body fat.
