Missed a good workout last night at CrossFit Toronto.

My Thursday indoor caused me to miss a nasty workout.

For time:
* 100 Overhead walking lunges (boys: 45#, girls: 35#)
* 80 Wall ball shots
* 60 Floor wipers with Kettlebell (boys: 16kg; girls: 12kg)
* 40 Burpee box jump pull-ups

Fastest time was apparently around 24 minutes.

“Burpee box jump pull-ups” sound particularly interesting.
