- 10 Overhead Squats (15# / 45# )
- 3 Sott’s Presses (15# / 2 x 10# dumbbells )
10 / 10 or 11 (I think 10, Laura thinks 11) rounds.
So Sott’s Presses suck. I tried it with a 45# bar, I barely moved it. I think Burpees Gone Bad kicked my ass. I was happy with my Snatch at 45#, as it was the first time I’d done them.
And the Rotary Kip practice continues, knocked off a set of 6 and another of 5.

Burpees Gone Bad:
3 rounds, one minute at each station:
- Wall Ball – 20#
- Burpee Box Jumps 20″
- Push Press – 75#
- Burpee Pullups
- Burpee Cleans – 35# dumbbells
- Rest
Phew… killer.
And I practiced the Rotary Kip as much as I could. Got 5 in a row before the workout and failed to do one after as I was bagged by the burpees.
