Fitness Goals for 2008

I started CrossFit in May of 2007. Since then I’ve made huge strides improving my fitness and now that I have a good base, I think I should set some goals to keep up the pace.

1. Fran – under 5 minutes. I set a time of 13 minutes after injuring my triceps, and I’d like to erase that.
2. Pistols with both legs.
3. a) Set a time for 30 Muscleups under 10 minutes. I have yet to do this, but I should. – currently N/A
3. b) Get 10 MU in a row – currently 6 in a row
4. Get my bodyfat % to 10. It’s 11-13% depending on the method of measurement, but I’d like it to be 10%.
5. Get 350 in Fight Gone Bad – currently 283
6. 30 straight kipping pullups – currently 20
7. Get a handstand pushup – currently 0

That’s what I can think of now.
