  CrossFit: April 30 / 2008 – The horribling. 

  Max rounds in 20 minutes of:
  3 Burpees
  5 KB Swings – 24kg
  7 Ball Slams – 20#

  19 Rounds + 2 Burpees.

  I was thinking that 20 rounds was realistic.

    Hi. Ladder dancing is actually my favourite subtype of dancing. It’s like pole dancing but requires more balance.

  CrossFit: April 25 / 2008 – Laura’s new Deadlift PR. 

  Laura improved her personal best for Deadlift by pulling 205# today. That’s up from 175#.

  A 30# gain is all types of awesome.
