CrossFit: May 30 / 2008 - Benchmark

Benchmark workout:
5 rounds:
15 Burpees
30 Lunges with 20# dumbbells overhead
40 Double Unders

The overhead lunges are a new level of discomfort. They killed me.

CrossFit: May 28 / 2008

4 rounds, 40sec on / 20sec off of:
- KB Swings - 24kg
- Pushups
- Box Jump - 24 inch height
- Situps

I didn’t count reps, but I worked the KB Swings, Box Jumps and situps straight with no stopping. Pushups, I had to stop a few times. I’m attempting to improve my muscular endurance for my triceps so I can’t burn them out.

CrossFit: May 27 / 2008 - Max Deadlift

Max Effort Deadlift:
Laura pulled 185# and I pulled 295#. This was after sets of 3.

We were both shy of our PRs 205# and 305#.

After a week off to recover and eat a bunch of junk food, CrossFit and clean eating starts up again.
