4 rounds, 40sec on / 20sec off of:
- KB Swings - 24kg
- Pushups
- Box Jump - 24 inch height
- Situps
I didn’t count reps, but I worked the KB Swings, Box Jumps and situps straight with no stopping. Pushups, I had to stop a few times. I’m attempting to improve my muscular endurance for my triceps so I can’t burn them out.
