  CrossFit: Oct 25 / 2008 – New Deadlift PR – 345# 

  I upped my Deadlift to 345# today.

  Still looking for 350# as that will be 2x my bodyweight. I loaded the bar with 350# but it just didn’t move.

  - 5 16kg KB Clean and Jerk / per arm

  I should have used a heavier bell, but this was the first time I’d done KB C&J, so I took it a bit lighter.
