    I use a program called Camtasia for videos that I make for my class. It’s pretty easy. I’m sure there’s a much easier and better looking MAC equivalent however.

  After the cert my legs were a bit sore. Actually, replace ‘legs’ with ‘entire body’ and ‘sore’ with ‘shattered.’

  4 rounds of:
  1 minute of pushups – 37, 25, 17, 27
  1 minute of 24kg KB swings – 25, 21, 23, 22
  1 minute of Back extensions – ?, ?, ?, ? (I
  3 minutes of rest
