An annoying injury has kept me from CrossFit for a week. I’l going today and am going to tear. the. roof. off.

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
- 10 ring dips
- 10/side 24kg muscle snatch
- 30 Double Unders

7 rounds + 3 ring dips.
