Being a Mac person and a developer, I knew it was only a matter of time before I built something to help track my progress.
I started with a webapp that got dusty due to a lack of time. Luckily, this is not the case for the iPhone application, we’ve been actively developing this for a few months now.
We’ve called it As Rx’d and it’s in the approval process right now.
any way to ask questions before buying? a bit nervous about spending $10 since I've bought most of the ohter workout trackers that don't work well at all for crossfit. Any trials? refunds? if it works, I'll buy in a minute.

C’mon, Gary Vee… on stage, getting nitty-gritty. Epically good. Oh, here’s a link. By the by, as epically good as Gary was, the interviewer was as epically bad.

Warren Spector is so awesome, Deus Ex, Thief, Advanced DnD, etc. Good talk, though it was odd that the 3 panelists were all 100 years old or older.

Kathy Sierra knows how to do a presentation. She likes horses and puppies and likes to handwrite on her slides. This was an interesting talk, but I’m getting annoyed with the personal anecdotes presenters like to slip in. I don’t care and I bet most other people also don’t care.

The Captcha on the Roboboogie site? Doh, I'll take a look.
What questions do you have?

Is there any way of adapting this app for CrossFit Football WODs other than creating Ad Hoc WODs?
tjweir 11:50 am on May 5, 2009 Permalink
Hey Ashley,
What type of adaptations does CFFB need? Other than Quarter Gone Bad, are there other WODs just for CFFB?
We'll absolutely add features for CFFB, the next version after 1.1 will have some additions for CF Endurance.
Thanks,
Tyler

Hi Garrett,
Yes it is. The recent versions have been solving a bug with data refreshing. By naming Ad-Hoc’s is right at the top of the to-do list.
Thanks
