I just found a perfect spot to do dead-hang pull-ups in my basement. An I-beam with hardly any grip. I’ll start doing dead-hangs through out the day. Kipping pull-ups has always been good for me, and I have muscle-ups for days, but my dead-hangs are awful.
I can only get better.
