Eating: Day 10

B: Eggs and Bacon, Coffee+coconut milk
L: There will be Butter Chicken
D: Gluten Free Pizza+chicken, paleo granola.

Burpees: 13 done while Madeline was having fun in her exer-saucer.

Weight: 169.4#

I just found a perfect spot to do dead-hang pull-ups in my basement. An I-beam with hardly any grip. I’ll start doing dead-hangs through out the day. Kipping pull-ups has always been good for me, and I have muscle-ups for days, but my dead-hangs are awful.

I can only get better.
