B: Roast Beef, apple, paleo granola+walnuts+olive oil.
L: Left over BBQ chicken, celery, boston lettuce, 1/2 avocado
D: Romaine, Cucumber, Carrot salad with the slowcooker porkloin. Random fat, avocado, EVOO, nuts

There was a crazy sale on pork loin, 40c/lb! So we slow cooked it up and now we have pork for the rest of the week.

And Costco has 6-packs of Coconut Milk for $6. That’s redonkulous.

    Weight: 168lbs

    Burpees: 7

2020 Prediction, I have only one.

Making predictions is an awesome way to look like an idiot in the future.

So here it goes, I only have one.

In 2020, net access will finally disappear into the things that surround us.

Yes, we have things like computers now, but your house and appliances, cars, clothing, that will be connected.

See, The Internet of Things. And the Chumby, FitBit and LG Net TV to name a few.

This prediction is based on my doe-eyed love of ambient technology. It’s a youngish, horribly lame industry right now, but it’s gonna be so cool you guys. For serious. For serious.
