- 135# Get the bar overhead (typically a clean and jerk)
3:47 – Very happy with that. Of note, I dropped the bar each time.
Team workout, kind of.
While one person completes 50 Box Jump, others are either swinging a KB (24kg) or doing Double Unders.
There was a time component but I didn’t write it down.
After, it was Getting Rob out of the snow for time and shoveling my driveway for time.
85 reps, for time, of:
- Burpee and Deadlift complex – 125#

16 rounds + 5 Pull-ups + 5 Push-ups
By far my weakest area in this is Push-ups.
