    Sponge is in the App Store. 

    Sponge, an app that aggregates all of your gmail, twitter, facebook, rss, YouTube and Flickr feeds is in the App Store now.

    I just patched a crash bug this morning as well.

    Three20 linking issues during distribution. 

    If you’re having linker issues when building your iPhone app with the Three20 lib, it may be because it’s building for the arm7.

    So if ld can’t find “___switch8″, only build for armv6.

    Eating: Day 15 

    B: Finishing off a bit of the protein powder we have, powder+coffee+coconut milk+cinnamon+water
    L: There Will Be Butter Chicken.
    D: Coconut Curry Chicken soup, romaine+carrot salad, un-paleo Bacon Ranch Dressing.

    Scattered dried mango bits, too good.

    Burpees: 18 straight. The goal is to get to doing sets of 30 reps.

    Eating: Day 14 

    B: random bits, left over avocado, bacon, paleo granola with coconut milk.
    L: Salmon, carrots, sweet potato, more granola, maybe too much. :)
    D: left over pork+bacon+collard greens+celery+onion.

    Coconut Curry Soup is in the slow cooker, with Butter Chicken after.

    Burpees: 17 while Torchlight was loading levels. :)

    B: eggs (non-omega 3), bacon, paleo granola, coffee
    L: Jerk Chicken (some rice)
    D: RIbs + Salmon, Sweet potatoes, potatoes, frozen yogurt, gluten-free cake.

    Burpees: none so far, should be 16.

    It’s my brothers birthday today, so Happy Birthday Matt.

    L: Butter Chicken, 1/2 Cucumber, a few M+Ms :)
    D: Mess of Pad Thai, rice noodles… meh.

    Burpees: 14 while coffee was ‘a brewing.
