Fitness Goals:2008
1a. Fran - under 10 minutes - 6:14
1b. Fran - under 5 minutes.
2. Pistols with both legs.
- I can do a pistol holding a dumbbell out for balance. I will need to work on my flexibility.
- I can do lots now.
3. Set a time for 30 Muscleups under 10 minutes.
- in a normal workout I did 30 in 13:06, I also did 30 75# snatches in that same workout though. :)
- technically done and the gym move means no place to do MUs.
4. Get 10 MU in a row
- currently 7 in a row
5. Get my bodyfat % to 10.
- It’s 11-13% depending on the method of measurement, but I’d like it to be 10%.
- Trying out Eat Stop Eat.
6. Get 350 in Fight Gone Bad
- currently 283
- currently 323
7. 30 straight kipping pullups
- currently 21
- 30 - Done.
8. Get a handstand pushup
- currently 3 - 2008/11/28
9. 20 second L-Sit
- currently 15 seconds.
10. One arm pullup
- Started working seated one arm ring pullups.
11. 2 x my body weight Deadlift
- currently at 345# and I need to hit 350#
12. 1 x bodyweight Shoulder Press
- currently 145# and I need to hit 175#
