Laura hit a new PR of 175#, I hit a lowly 245#.

3′s of Back Squat..
45#, 95#, 115#, 135#, 155#, 175#, 195#
All were good.
After the past two days, there was no way I was hitting a PR so instead, just a nice easy form-focused day.
5 hours of sleep leads to only 225# for my back squat.
Laura did 155#.
5s of Back Squat.
I was working on form so I stayed at 185#
Laura was doing the same and stayed at 145#
