I failed on 145# twice.

All of the grip work I’ve been doing (deads and strict pullups) has apparently helped with heavy kettlebells.
Laura added 15# to her PR for a 140#.
I hit my PR of 225#.
I love double tabata mashups, I think it’s a perfect level of effort for me.

Lowest Dead was 3, lowest Pullups, 4 (tore a callous, sadface)
I feel so jacked after Double Tabs… hot sauce!

5 hours of sleep leads to only 225# for my back squat.
Laura did 155#.

I totally did a bar muscle-up today.

I maxed out at 175# today.
3×95#, 3×115#, 3×135#, 3×155#, 1×175#, 1×195#(fail)
I would still consider my clean form to be unskilled. So I have started working on my form in the warm-up.
