A disappointing 270 for me (PR is 323), but a sweet 211 for Laura as Rx’d.
I should say that one positive is a steady improvement on my Rotary Kip, so that was the high before the horrible low of FGB.
Fight Gone Bad: I didn’t score it, but I’d guess a 300.
3 rounds of 1 minute of each exercise plus 1 minute of rest:
- 20# Wall Ball
- 75# Sumo Deadlift High Pull
- 20 inch Box Jump
- 75# Push Press
- Rowing - for calories
Set a new PR of 323, up from 283.
