So I just added 10# to my Front Squat PR.
Then 3 rounds, 30s each of:
- 20# Wall Ball
- Burpees

My current PR for Front Squat is 225#, so it looks like I should be able to hit a new weight soon.
Laura set a PR at 125# and I set a new PR at 225#.
Edit: I also added a 15 second L-Sit, which is a PR since it was the first time I’d tried. Low-hanging fruit!

Nicey…..I need to do a PR day.
Possibly this long weekend in celebration of Canada and the first time that it ever lifted a heavy weight.
