My current PR for Front Squat is 225#, so it looks like I should be able to hit a new weight soon.

Laura set a PR at 125# and I set a new PR at 225#.
Edit: I also added a 15 second L-Sit, which is a PR since it was the first time I’d tried. Low-hanging fruit!
