I’ve updated the home page for Sponge, our super awesome “eats all of the internet” iPhone app.

Sponge, an app that aggregates all of your gmail, twitter, facebook, rss, YouTube and Flickr feeds is in the App Store now.

If you’re having linker issues when building your iPhone app with the Three20 lib, it may be because it’s building for the arm7.

So if ld can’t find “___switch8″, only build for armv6.

ProTip.

We used Cocos2d-iPhone as the engine framework and it was great. It stays out of your way.

I forked a GitHub project and updated the repo so you can have your very own Xcode Project Template.

iPhone application for #CrossFit

Roboboogie Studios has been working on an iPhone application dedicated to logging CrossFit workouts.

I’ve been crossfitting since May of 2007 when Laura got me a BootCamp membership at CrossFit Toronto for my birthday.

Being a Mac person and a developer, I knew it was only a matter of time before I built something to help track my progress.

I started with a webapp that got dusty due to a lack of time. Luckily, this is not the case for the iPhone application, we’ve been actively developing this for a few months now.

We’ve called it As Rx’d and it’s in the approval process right now.

Here’s a shot of the Benchmark selection screen.

But the only way they’ll learn is for us to not buy an iPhone. We need it to fail so they get the message.
