B: eggs (non-omega 3), bacon, paleo granola, coffee L: Jerk Chicken (some rice) D: RIbs + Salmon, Sweet potatoes, potatoes, frozen yogurt, gluten-free cake. Burpees: none so far, should be 16. It’s my brothers birthday today, so Happy Birthday Matt.
