    Burpees: I think we did a total of 19 today.

    Eating: Day 15 

    B: Finishing off a bit of the protein powder we have, powder+coffee+coconut milk+cinnamon+water
    L: There Will Be Butter Chicken.
    D: Coconut Curry Chicken soup, romaine+carrot salad, un-paleo Bacon Ranch Dressing.

    Scattered dried mango bits, too good.

    Burpees: 18 straight. The goal is to get to doing sets of 30 reps.

    Eating: Day 14 

    B: random bits, left over avocado, bacon, paleo granola with coconut milk.
    L: Salmon, carrots, sweet potato, more granola, maybe too much. :)
    D: left over pork+bacon+collard greens+celery+onion.

    Coconut Curry Soup is in the slow cooker, with Butter Chicken after.

    Burpees: 17 while Torchlight was loading levels. :)

    B: eggs (non-omega 3), bacon, paleo granola, coffee
    L: Jerk Chicken (some rice)
    D: RIbs + Salmon, Sweet potatoes, potatoes, frozen yogurt, gluten-free cake.

    Burpees: none so far, should be 16.

    It’s my brothers birthday today, so Happy Birthday Matt.

    D: Pork tenderloin, collard greens+broccoli+butter

    B: Eggs+corn torilla, coconut milk+coffee
    L: Butter Chicken, 1/2 Cucumber, a few M+Ms :)
    D: Mess of Pad Thai, rice noodles… meh.

    Burpees: 14 while coffee was ‘a brewing.

    B: Eggs and Bacon, Coffee+coconut milk
    L: There will be Butter Chicken
    D: Gluten Free Pizza+chicken, paleo granola.

    Burpees: 13 done while Madeline was having fun in her exer-saucer.

    Weight: 169.4#

    I just found a perfect spot to do dead-hang pull-ups in my basement. An I-beam with hardly any grip. I’ll start doing dead-hangs through out the day. Kipping pull-ups has always been good for me, and I have muscle-ups for days, but my dead-hangs are awful.

    I can only get better.

    B: leftover roast beef, tuna, apple, coconut milk.
    L: There will be Butter Chicken.
    D: Chicken burger, Sweet Potato + butter, Paleo granola.
    Cheated with a couple slices of a Terry’s Chocolate Orange.

    Burpees: 12 while the coffee was brewing

    B: Roast Turkey cold cuts (meh), apple, coconut milk + coffee
    L: Butter Chicken
    D: A bit of pork loin and chicken, romaine+celery+bacon ranch :), paleo granola.

    Burpees: missed yesterday, so 21 today, completed while the what for tea was boiling.
