<p>I just found a perfect spot to do dead-hang pull-ups in my basement.  An I-beam with hardly any grip.  I&#8217;ll start doing dead-hangs through out the day.  Kipping pull-ups has always been good for me, and I have muscle-ups for days, but my dead-hangs are awful.</p>
<p>I can only get better.</p>

I&#8217;m already about 90% Paleo, but it appears that I&#8217;m eating too much food.</p>
<p>So, I&#8217;m on a 14 block kick until I drop a few pounds, and I&#8217;ll bounce back up to 15+double fat.</p>
