There was a crazy sale on pork loin, 40c/lb! So we slow cooked it up and now we have pork for the rest of the week.
And Costco has 6-packs of Coconut Milk for $6. That’s redonkulous.

I’m attempting to get my macronutrient balance sorted out according to Zone proportions.
I’m already about 90% Paleo, but it appears that I’m eating too much food.
So, I’m on a 14 block kick until I drop a few pounds, and I’ll bounce back up to 15+double fat.
I want Robb Wolf’s and Art Devany’s books to be out already. C’mon guys, get pen to paper! :)
Staying in line with my attempt to strengthen my adhesion to the Paleo diet, I’m going to whip up a batch of Paleo Pancakes.
Hope they’re good… Update: they are not. Ugh.
