Laura improved her personal best for Deadlift by pulling 205# today. That’s up from 175#.
A 30# gain is all types of awesome.
Max deadlift and then 3 rounds of:
10 Wall Ball
10 Box Jump
10 Ball Slam
Laura hit a PR in Deadlift with a 170# pull, +5. I also hit a PR, 285#, +20#.
Our last deadlifting was the CrossFit Total.
Then:
Laura used a 14# Med ball, a 20inch box and a 12# slam ball and finished in 4:11.
I used a 20# Med ball, a 24 inch box and a 20# slam ball and finished in 2:44.
