We’re getting close to the end of the reno.

The kitchen still has a bit of work, but my father and I are almost done.

Kitchen Renovation: Almost complete.

Today we take another big step towards finishing our kitchen. The natural gas will be pulled, the oven installed, the microwave will be vented, we’ll have toe-kicks and our faucet will be hooked up.

We started August 12th, so we’re just a bit shy of 2 months. Living without a kitchen is frustrating but a lot easier than we originally thought.

Who’s got drywall now, suckers?!

My dad and I put in 2/3 of the drywall. We still need to finish the new vent for the sink.

We’ll have our new kitchen by the end of September. w00p.

Laura and my Mother tore our basement apart in prep for an overhaul.

And my father and I framed out the new wall. Insulation and drywall are coming! Just like a modern house!
